Learning & Strategic Networking

In the year ahead, the Net Zero Institute will host a series of monthly learning and strategic networking forums, including a special session on insights from COP28 on February 1st. These forums, a mix of both in-person and virtual sessions, are purpose-built for the exchange of insights, ideas, and the cultivation of industry connections. Driving Positive Change

In addition to monthly sessions, we’re driving positive change through a leadership and development initiative tailored to equip leaders at various levels of the organization with the tools needed to make a meaningful impact within their organizations. The three-pronged initiative includes a sustainability leader bootcamp in the first half of 2024, a corporate director bootcamp in the latter half, and an executive management bootcamp set for 2025.

These programs are designed to operate in synergy, enabling leaders to uncover business advantages and proven strategies for driving performance while safeguarding their future. Melding technical expertise with essential soft skills, each bootcamp is grounded in thorough stakeholder interviews, offering practical insights and real-life business case examples that illuminate the current strategies adopted by industry leaders.
