What major trend do you anticipate shaping your industry in 2024?


I believe that we’ll see the continued trend of stakeholder influence increase, especially employee influence within their company. I also see focus shifting to Dynamic Materiality, where firms understand the interdependence between economic, social and environmental factors.


How will the sustainability and decarbonization landscape evolve over the next couple of years?


There will be a steady drum beat toward sustainability and decarbonization within nearly all industries. Within the next couple of years, I fully expect the concept of sustainability to have mainstream understanding, with firms integrating it into their operations. 



How do you personally plan to impact the environment positively?



I’m on a never-ending path to positively impacting the environment and our society. In addition to my day job within the ESG industry, small changes like driving less, walking more and switching home lights to LED lights, I think the best thing I can do is be conscious about my impact.
